Matriculation Pass (10th Class) with ITI Mechanic OR 3 Years Polytechnic Course Diploma subject of Automobile and should have Driving license.
Application Fee: Rs.200/- for Unreserved (UR) and OBC category and Rs.100/- for SC/ST Category.
The fee pay through Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order in favour of UPRTC, Head Office, Lucknow.
Important Date: Last date for Receipt of Application -> 15/02/2014.
